Terms & Conditions
Customers should be familiar with our terms and conditions included
with the order form prior to any order.
Kaymarble offers a complete professional service from initial
first contact until the end of installation. We do not forget
about you, any questions you have with your granite worktops
thereafter we are here to advise and help.
VARIATION IN COLOUR
Granite is a natural material and we are therefore unable to
guarantee its colour or pattern. Natural variations are part
of the stones appeal, beauty and character and should not be
seen as a fault. When samples are submitted it should be noted
that exact resemblances cannot be guaranteed. No guarantee can
be given that the colour shades of the materials supplied against
extension orders will match exactly the original supplies.
PAYMENT TERMS
Deposit 10% when order is placed, 40% of the total order due
at time of templating and final order and final payment due upon
installation and fitting (except for DIY orders)

CANCELLATION
Any orders cancelled before manufacturing will therefore incur
a £50.00 administration charge. No refunds will be given
once manufacture has commenced.
DELIVERY
Delivery to areas which are of significant distance from our
site will incur an extra delivery charge.
QUOTES
Any price quoted to you is based on the information you supply,
all quotes are approximate /estimates, if on template dimensions
are not as previously quoted, changes to the price will be
expected. Unless stated otherwise we have included for pointing
joints
between our materials only, (i.e. granite to granite joints)
and not for joints between our materials and other finishes.
Prior to installation we require completed carcasses, bases
fully secured and levelled. All job information readily available
(i.e.
manufacturers templates for sink/hob cut outs, tap holes etc).V.A.T.
not included.
Faults or damages: Faults or damages must be reported within
the firsts 14 days otherwise any claims will be invalid.
